Livestream overlays

Goal, top tipper, and chat, drawn from the live that is already running.

1. Open Livestream. If the creator is live, the page shows it. The nav item is marked while a stream is on.
2. Set a tip goal in the live info before you expect the bar to move. The goal bar stays hidden until a goal exists and you turn the bar on.
3. In the studio, place the goal bar, the leaderboard, and any alert. Positions save with the setup, so the next stream opens where you left them.
4. Capture the overlay into the broadcasting tool you already use. Sidekick is drawing the graphics. It is not a second stream.
