These terms govern use of Sidekick's websites and applications. By signing in or using the platform you agree to them.

Access

• Sidekick is a private, invitation-only platform. Accounts are provisioned by Sidekick administrators for creators and their authorized team members.
• You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials secure and for activity performed under your account.

Acceptable use

• Use the platform only for its intended purpose and in compliance with applicable laws and the terms of any third-party services you connect.
• Do not attempt to access accounts, data or systems you are not authorized to use.

Your content

You retain ownership of content you manage through the platform. You grant us only the rights needed to operate the service on your behalf.

Availability & changes

The service is provided "as is" without warranties. We may modify, suspend or discontinue features at any time, and may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sidekick is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
