Sidekick ("we", "us") provides a private management platform for content creators and their authorized team members. This policy describes what we collect and how we use it when you use our websites and applications, including sign-in with Google.
Information we collect
- Account information. When you sign in with Google we receive your name, email address and profile picture. We use these solely to authenticate you and control access to the platform.
- Operational data. Content and activity you create or manage inside the platform is stored to provide the service to you.
- Technical data. Standard server logs (IP address, browser type, timestamps) kept for security and troubleshooting.
How we use information
- To authenticate you and operate the service.
- To secure the platform and prevent unauthorized access.
- To communicate with you about the service.
What we don't do
- We do not sell your personal information.
- We do not share your personal information with third parties except service providers needed to run the platform (e.g. cloud hosting), or when required by law.
- Google user data is used only for authentication and is never transferred to others or used for advertising.
Data retention & deletion
Account data is kept while your account is active. To request access to or deletion of your data, contact us at the address below and we will respond within 30 days.
Security
All traffic is encrypted in transit (TLS). Access to production systems is restricted to authorized administrators.
